Why we don’t host email
Keeping email off your web server protects it: mail records can reveal your server’s real address and let attackers bypass Cloudflare. Our domain email service sets up a proper provider.

Do shared plans include SSH or root access?
No. We don’t provide root access on any plan, and shared plans don’t include SSH. SSH access is available on request with our VPS plans.
Will you fix WordPress problems on my hosting plan?
Every hosting plan includes support from people who know WordPress, and server problems are always ours to fix. If your site itself breaks, we’ll find what’s wrong and tell you how to fix it. Having us make the fix for you, like plugin conflicts, broken updates and hack cleanup, is part of the Manage plan, or available as a one-off job at $150/hour.
Where are the shared hosting servers?
Our shared hosting runs on servers in the United States.
Do you offer unlimited storage?
No. Every host that advertises unlimited space limits you somehow. Our limits are posted clearly for each plan.
Can I use Cloudflare?
Yes, and we encourage it. Cloudflare adds a security layer and usually makes your site load faster worldwide.
Do I need to transfer my domain?
No. Just point your DNS records to our servers.
