How much does maintenance for a WordPress site cost?
The Manage plan is $150/month, month-to-month. One-off jobs are $150/hour with no monthly commitment.
Do I need to host my site with Iridium Hosting?
No. The Manage plan works with any host. We can also host your site if you’d like everything in one place, and we’ll migrate it by hand for free.
What counts as a job under 30 minutes?
Small, well-defined technical tasks: installing and configuring a plugin, fixing a display issue, adding tracking code or adjusting a setting. The plan covers technical work, not writing or updating your content. If a request is bigger, we’ll tell you before we start.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
We clean and restore it for free, no matter how long it takes.
Is there a cheaper plan with just updates and backups?
Yes. The Maintain plan ($100/month) covers weekly updates, daily off-site backups and failed-update repair, without small jobs or hack cleanup.
