Share access to your current host or site. We’ll tell you exactly what we need.
3 · We move it by hand
We copy your files and database ourselves and check the site on its new server before anything changes for visitors.
4 · Point your domain
Update your DNS when you’re ready. Visitors keep seeing your current site until then.

Will my site go down during the move?
We set up and check your site on the new server first. Visitors keep seeing your current site until you update your DNS.
Do I need to transfer my domain?
No. You only need to point your DNS records to our servers.
I’m on the Manage plan. Do I have to move?
No. The Manage plan works with any host. If you’d like to host with us too, migration is free.
