30 Day Money Back Period
We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on web hosting, reseller hosting, and VPS hosting packages. Conditions are:
- Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services or signups not allowed)
- Refunds exclude setup fee (Shared/Reseller Hosting $24.95, VPS Hosting $29.95) and cost of additional services purchased such as WHMCS licenses/license upgrades, domain registration, migrations, dedicated IPs, or other licenses (such as LiteSpeed for VPS).
- A written request must be submitted separately within 31 days of the cancellation request.
- Refunds are sent within 31 days of receiving the refund request.
- Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS or AUP violations.
All domain name registrations and renewals are FINAL. Because we have to pay registry fees, we cannot process refunds for these transactions.
If your domain is misspelt, don’t hesitate to contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to attempt to correct it.
- We do NOT provide extensions on invoices here at Iridium Hosting.
- All invoices must be paid on the exact date. We offer a 4-day grace period on criminal invoices; otherwise, accounts will be suspended after that. 15% late fee must be paid for reactivation. Invoices that exceed the 14 days are subject to account termination.
- We will try our best to contact you 24 hours before account termination. Once the account has been terminated, all data, including backups, will be erased from our servers, after which no recovery can be made.
- All our Hosting packages may be discounted for first-time customers and will renew at the regular rate.
- For the best possible pricing, we reward customers for signing up annually (12 months), biennial (24 months), and triennial (36 months).
- On our website, prices are displayed at the best possible rate.
